Business SmartFlow ("BSmartFlow", "we", "us", or "our") is a SaaS product operated by Gouranga Technologies LLP. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using BSmartFlow, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
When you create an account or use our service, we may collect the following information: your name, email address, mobile number, and company name. We also collect basic usage data such as login times and the number of lookup pages you create. We do not collect or store payment card details directly — payment processing is handled by our trusted payment provider.
3. How We Access Your Google Sheets
BSmartFlow connects to Google Sheets you explicitly authorize through Google's secure OAuth process. When you connect a sheet, you grant BSmartFlow read access to that specific spreadsheet only. We retrieve the data in your connected sheet solely to display it on your searchable lookup page. We do not modify, delete, or share the contents of your sheet with any third party. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account or from within BSmartFlow, which immediately disconnects the sheet.
4. How Your Data Is Used
We use your account information (name, email, mobile, company name) to create and manage your account, communicate with you about your subscription, provide customer support, and improve our service. The data in your connected Google Sheet is used only to render your search page and is shown to the visitors you choose to share it with.
5. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or the contents of your connected Google Sheets to third parties. We do not share your data for advertising purposes. We only share data with service providers who help us operate BSmartFlow (such as hosting and payment processors) under strict confidentiality obligations, and only to the extent necessary.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. The contents of your connected Google Sheet remain in your own Google account at all times — BSmartFlow only reads them on demand to display your search page and does not store a permanent copy of sheet contents beyond what is needed for caching.
7. Data Deletion Requests
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by contacting us at the registered office or by email. Upon a verified request, we will permanently delete your account details and disconnect any linked Google Sheets within 30 days. Please note that data stored in your own Google Sheets is outside our control and remains in your Google account.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email. Continued use of BSmartFlow after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
