1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Business SmartFlow ("BSmartFlow"), a SaaS product operated by Gouranga Technologies LLP. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use BSmartFlow.
2. Description of Service
BSmartFlow allows businesses to create a searchable lookup page by connecting a Google Sheet. The service reads data from your authorized Google Sheet and displays it on a searchable page that you can share with your intended audience.
3. 30-Day Free Trial
New users are eligible for a 30-day free trial of BSmartFlow. During the trial, you have access to the core features of the service at no cost. The trial begins on the day your account is created. At the end of the 30-day trial period, your access will be restricted unless you upgrade to a paid subscription. No payment details are required to start the trial.
4. Paid Subscription
After the free trial, continued use of BSmartFlow requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and available plans are displayed within the service at the time of upgrade. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until you cancel.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing cycles; your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods except where required by law.
6. Your Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information (name, email, mobile, company name) when registering. You are responsible for the content of any Google Sheet you connect and for ensuring you have the right to display that data.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to: (a) use BSmartFlow for any unlawful purpose; (b) connect sheets containing personal data of third parties without their consent or in violation of applicable privacy laws; (c) attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the service, its servers, or other users' data; (d) use the service to store or display illegal, harmful, infringing, or fraudulent content; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service; or (f) resell or sublicense access to BSmartFlow without our written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
BSmartFlow, including its software, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Gouranga Technologies LLP. Your Google Sheet data remains your property. By connecting a sheet, you grant us a limited license to read and display its contents on your lookup page for the purpose of providing the service.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) your conduct harms BSmartFlow, its users, or third parties; or (c) we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use BSmartFlow ceases, and we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of BSmartFlow at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
11. Limitation of Liability
BSmartFlow is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gouranga Technologies LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email. Continued use of BSmartFlow after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
